HOW DOES THE REFUNDABLE CREDIT CARD HOLD WORK?
Since we won't know the actual price until the order is assembled and the product weighed, this $30 hold accounts for any variances in weight. A hold will be taken on your card for the estimated price plus the refundable $30 upon placing the order, then you will be issued a refund for any variances in price once the order has been assembled and the actual total is known.
For example:
You order a chicken for $14.99, and with the delivery and refundable credit card hold, the total credit card charge comes to $44.99.
After assembling the order, the price of the chicken is actually $15.49.
We refund you the difference of $29.50 and email you a revised total you will also see on your credit card statement, so all you pay for is the actual price plus delivery.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A SUBMITTED ORDER?
Yes, however, orders cannot be edited online. You will need to contact our Customer Care team to make changes to your order. Changes must be made no later than two hours prior to your pickup time. Please note that changing your delivery date may affect prices and promotions.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
A minimum order of $20, not including taxes, is required for pickup service.
CAN I FIND ALL THE PRODUCTS ONLINE THAT I BUY IN THE STORE?
At present, we do not have all the items in our store on the site. However, if you do not find something on the site that you know is in store you may add it to special requests at the end of checkout.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
Occasionally, we may run out of an item, even if it is still listed as available. Unless instructed otherwise with a note on the order, we will contact you and ask if you would like us to substitute a similar item.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes, customer information is stored securely in Shopify. When customers make purchases or create accounts, Shopify stores personal data including email addresses, shipping and billing information, and order history.
Shopify takes data protection seriously and maintains a comprehensive information security program with technical and organizational measures to keep customer data safe. The platform encrypts sensitive information, limits access, and regularly audits security measures.
DO YOU HAVE A SMARTPHONE APP FOR SHOPPING ON THE GO?
Not at this time, but our website is designed to work well on mobile-sized screens.
CAN I RETURN UNSATISFACTORY OR UNWANTED ITEMS?
If you are dissatisfied with an item, notify our Customer Care team as soon as possible to arrange for credit on your next order. You can also return the item in person for an exchange or refund.
CAN I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED?
Delivery service is available by phone-in order only. Same day delivery is available within the Town of Stonewall for all orders placed before 3:00 pm, and to surrounding areas on certain days of the week. Please contact our Customer Care team for more details.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
There is a dedicated area on the south side of the store. Pull up under the sign as indicated and call our Customer Care team (204) 467-5553. Someone will bring your order out to you.
